THE ICE

Nuggets format ice has a low water contain and may be used in many spaces as: cocktails-bars, disco-clubs, professional catering and restaurants, centralized kitchens and the medical sector as well.
THE ICE MAKER
The range of professional ice maker machines “nugget” type is based on two models, with different production capacities, to be combined with a separate bin.
The “nugget” type ice is created via a vertical and cylindrical evaporator, equipped with a screw-conveyor, that scrapes the internal surface of the ice pulling it to the outlet of the machine, where an extruder presses the ice into small cylinders.
These machines to be paired to the vast selection of Icematic bins.
